Open new outlet / new customer and to Build Distribution Network for Retail and Wholesaler in Jabotabek’s traditional market such as Pasar Jatinegara, Pasar Induk Kramatjati, Pasar Senen, Pasar Malabar, Pasar Pagi lama, Pasar Anyar, Pasar Bantar Gebang, Pasar
Cileungsi, Pasar Citeureup, Pasar Palmerah etc
Approval for sales order & delivery order, Invoice & Collection.
To prepare schedule of transportation delivery and Route of delivery Design and implement standard operation MANAGING SALES
Business Development, to open new customer B2B Domestic and B2B Export.
To maintain relationship with Account Customer
Responsible for the invoice and collections
To create Business Strategic for Account B2B & Export
To prepare power point presentations about company profile and company’s products for prospect new customer
To handle inquiry from customer domestic and Export
To handle Job Order about the specification of product from customer. Discuss with Engineering about the specification of product from customer domestic and export
After management agree with the specification of product, we
calculate the pricing and send to customer for negotiation
Receive the Purchase Order (PO), verification PO and processing the PO until delivery to customer
For Export, handle the Letter of Credit (L/C), understand about the clausal of specification of product, term of shipment, date of shipment, shipping documents : Invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading (B/L) etc
Prepare Shipping document, prepare Shipping Line, transportation, booking space, quantity of container 40” or 20”
Collection payments of Export, to cashing of L/C to Bank
Report to Director
